Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Kevin W. Smith & Son Inc., Standish, ME, for the Brown Building and Howard Recreation Building Roof Replacements, State Office Park South, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $800,250. (2)Further authorize the amount of $5,496 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, Capital Clerk for oversight and engineering services provided, bringing the total to $805,746. Effective upon G&C approval through December 15, 2016. 100% Capital – General Funds.
