Description
Authorize the New Hampshire Hospital to enter into a sole source agreement with Eric Jensen, to participate as a member of the multidisciplinary team to assess and evaluate whether or not a person convicted of a sexually violent offense, who is eligible for release from total confinement, and meets the definition of sexual violent predator, in an amount not to exceed $19,800. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% General Funds.
