Authorize the Bureau of Population Health and Community Services, Nutrition Services Section, Special Supplemental Program for Women, Infants, and Children to enter into an agreement with Abbott Laboratories Inc., Columbus, OH, to provide rebates on select infant formulas purchased with food instruments issued by the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children. Effective October 1, 2016 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through October 1, 2019. The projected revenue is approximated at $9,202,779.
