Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a retroactive lease agreement with East Bluff Highlands Association, Stoneham, MA, and Eastbluff Village Condominium Association, Nashua, NH, for the use of State-owned railroad property in Meredith, NH along Lake Winnipesaukee, in the amount of $9,834.50. Effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2021.
