Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an agreement with CMA Engineers Inc., Portsmouth, NH, for the final design efforts for the rehabilitation of the Red List bridge (Br. No. 131/154) carrying US Route 3 over the NH Railroad in the City of Laconia, for a total amount not to exceed $124,571. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
