Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to exercise a retroactive renewal option for a 1-year extension to the memorandum of agreement with the Department of Transportation (originally approved by G&C on 10-21-15, item #38), for communication equipment in and on the Yankee Building at the summit of Mount Washington, Mount Washington State Park, Sargent’s Purchase, NH. Effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. (2)Further authorize DRED to accept a rental payment of $10,000 for Fiscal Year 2017, to be deposited into the accounting unit “Mt. Washington Commission”.
