Authorize to enter into a contract with Lauren Heiter, d/b/a GEM Consulting, Salisbury, MA in an amount not to exceed $847,500 to support the administration of the state and federal assessment and accountability programs by effectively developing, deploying, and documenting the Structured Query Language coding critical to the administration, development, and deployment of the business rules developed by the Bureau of Assessment & Accountability. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030. 75% Federal Funds, 25% General Funds
