Authorize to enter into a contract with Roxanne Vallee, Moultonborough, NH in an amount not to exceed $82,500 to serve as a Master Educational Surrogate Parent, to provide management and support for trained and certified volunteer educational surrogate parents. Effective upon G&C approval from the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028. 100% Federal Funds
