TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Sununu, seconded by Councilor Wheeler, voted to table the request to enter into a no-cost agreement with Rivada Networks LLC, Colorado Springs, CO, for the purpose of presenting an alternative statewide plan providing emergency responders with a high-speed wireless broadband network should the Governor choose to opt-out of the state plan created by FirstNet to be presented to the Governor in early 2017. Effective upon G&C approval.
