Authorize to exercise the third and final renewal option to an existing contract with Demonstrated Success, LLC, Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/15/22, Item #125), by increasing the price limitation by $358,320 from $985,905 to $1,344,225 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026, to assist New Hampshire schools and districts in their use and analysis of a variety of data, state standards and instructional practices.
