Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications, to enter into a no cost Memorandum of Understanding with The Federal Emergency Management Agency to interoperate with the Integrated Public Alert and Warning System. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of March 1, 2026 through March 1, 2029.
