Authorize to hold a Public Hearing with respect to the contract (“Capital Access Program: Lender Participation Agreement”) with Georgetown Bank. Action will authorize Resolutions under RSA 162-A:18 to determine the contract will serve a public use, provide public benefit, the proposed participating bank is qualified to participate, appropriate measures have been taken to ensure CAP loans will be made under the requirements of the Act, the contract complies with RSA 162-A:12, and reasonable precautions have been made to minimize loss, all within the policy and authority of the Act.
