Authorize to retroactively pay an annual membership fee to the American Public Human Services Association, formerly known as the American Public Welfare Association, Washington, DC, to foster communication, collaboration, education, and training regarding interstate compact placement of children, in the amount of $6,500. Effective January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. 50% Federal, 50% General Funds.
