Description

Authorize to enter into an agreement with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH, to provide voluntary targeted testing, counseling, and referral services in non-healthcare settings to individuals at high risk of acquiring Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Hepatitis C Virus, in and amount not to exceed $20,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
