Authorize the Office of Highway Safety to enter into a contract with NH DRE, LLC, in the amount of $283,500 to act as the State Coordinator to provide for the coordination and supervision of the New Hampshire of Safety Drug Evaluation & Classification Program, including all of the Drug Evaluation Expert (DRE) administration, instruction, certification and training requirements, travel, necessary course materials, software licenses required to operate the DRE Data Entry & Management System, DRE Call Out Overtime and DRE Evaluation Report review. Effective upon G&C approval through May 7, 2028. 100% Federal Funds
