Authorize the Office of Highway Safety to enter into grant agreements with the municipalities/counties/colleges as detailed in the letter dated April 28, 2025, for a total grant limitation not to exceed $2,901,400, to provide funding for strategic enforcement efforts, patrol enforcement equipment, and community outreach to minimize the potential for crashes that result in injury, death, and property damage. Effective upon G&C approval from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
