Authorize to amend an agreement with the Town of Alstead, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1-28-15, item #43), for the Lower Warren Brook Restoration Project by: a)increasing the grant limitation to $93,900 from $87,400; b)increasing the required match documentation to $62,631 from $58,300; and c)reducing the insurance required. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
