Description
Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles to enter into a contract with eDealer Services LLC, Phoenix, AZ, to procure an electronic title and lien solution. Funding for services will be paid by the licensed dealerships and lien holders in the State of New Hampshire that choose to participate in this solution. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2030, with the option to renew for an additional two-year period. No State funds will be used for this contract.
