Authorize to enter into a contract with NH Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities, d/b/a Parent Information Center, Concord, NH, to build capacity of local school districts to ensure smooth and effective transitions for toddlers with disabilities into preschool special education, in an amount not to exceed $339,990. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018, with an option to renew for two additional fiscal years. 100% Federal Funds.
