Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Rockwell Roofing Inc., Leominster, MA, for the Liquor Commission Warehouse Roof Replacement in Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $612,000. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $48,000 for payment of latent conditions, unanticipated roofing, or mechanical expenses, bringing the total to $660,000. (3)Further authorize the amount of $15,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $675,000. Effective upon G&C approval through November 1, 2016. 100% Other Funds (Liquor Commission Funds).
