Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Hi-Way Safety Systems Inc., Rockland, MA, for addressing signing needs along the turnpike, on the basis of a low bid of $506,245.60. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $25,312.28 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through May 5, 2017. 100% Turnpike Funds.
