Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Railworks Track Services Inc., Westfield, MA, for reconstructing railway-highway at-grade crossing and approaches on US 3 near Cumberland Farms and the Winnipesaukee River in Tilton, on the basis of a low bid of $443,298. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $44,329.80 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
