Authorize to accept and expend funds from the NH Department of Education for the Title I, Part-D, Federal Assistance to Meet the Special Educational Needs of Children in State Institutions for Neglected or Delinquent Children grant, in the amount of $40,513, to enhance educational services and provide the adult learners of the special school district of the NH Department of Corrections educational system the entry level academic skills needed to participate in high school equivalency, diploma and Career and Technical Center programs. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2016. 100% Agency Income.
