Authorize the New Hampshire Hospital to enter into sole source agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated June 16, 2016, to participate as a member of the multidisciplinary team to assess and evaluate whether or not a person convicted of a sexually violent offense, who is eligible for release from total confinement, meets the definition of sexual violent predator, in an amount not to exceed $39,600. Effective July 1, 2016 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2018. 100% General Funds.
