Authorize the Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services to amend an existing sole source agreement with JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-16-15, item #28), to include provisions for media messaging campaign related to the opioid crisis, by increasing the price by $450,000 from $1,254,747 to $1,704,747. Effective upon G&C approval through the original end date of June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
