Authorize to enter into an agreement with Louis Karno & Company LLC, Concord, NH, to broadcast Public Service Announcements throughout the state to publicize Tickborne Disease Prevention messaging and to promote Lyme Disease Awareness, in an amount not to exceed $40,000.
