Description
Authorize to amend a contract with University of NH, Office of Sponsored Research, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10-1-14, item #9), the project to adopt tobacco free policies on the 23 campuses of the University System of NH and Community College System of NH will be implemented and complete earlier than anticipated, therefore decreasing the price by $37,705.20 from $180,000 to an amount not to exceed $142,294.80, and by decreasing the completion date from August 31, 2016 to June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
