Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Cold River Bridges LLC, Walpole, NH, for bridge rehabilitation work on the bridge carrying NH 123 over the Connecticut River, on the basis of a low bid of $811,756.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $81,175.65 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the contract. Effective upon G&C approval through August 11, 2017. 100% Betterment Funds.
