Authorize to enter into a contract with AlfaPeople Incorporated, New York, NY, to provide a front office point-of-sale solution for Commission retail outlets and back office supporting services that will replace the current system, and by providing technical support for the software and hardware for the duration of the contract, in an amount not to exceed $30,000,000.
