Description
Authorize to award an Aquatic Resource Mitigation Fund grant to The University of NH Office of Sponsored Research, Durham, NH, in the amount of $134,736 to replace the upper portion of an armored shoreline in Portsmouth with saltmarsh habitat and provide improvements to the tidal buffer zone. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2017. 100% Aquatic Resource Mitigation Funds.
