Authorize to amend an agreement with the Department of Transportation (originally approved by G&C on 6-21-06, item #86) relative to The Development and Implementation of Total Maximum Daily Loads for Chloride and Other Activities for Water Quality Protection on Waterbodies in the Vicinity of the I-93 Corridor from Massachusetts to Manchester project by changing the completion date to June 30, 2018 from June 30, 2016. No Additional Funding. 100% Federal Highway Funds.
