Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Advanced Radon Mitigation Inc., Hooksett, NH, to provide treated water for residences and communities served by contaminated drinking water wells, in the amount of $1,210,000. Effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2020, with the option to renew for one additional year. 7% Oil Pollution Control, 43% Hazardous Waste Cleanup, 30% Ethers, 20% MtBE Settlement Funds.
