Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital for itself and on behalf of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic, Lebanon, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/10/20, Item #12), for services that support the Department’s Maternal Mortality Review Committee and continue participation in the Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health, by increasing the price limitation by $1,258,469 from $1,028,789 to $2,287,258 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2028. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
