Description
Authorize the Bureau of Integrated Programs to amend a grant agreement on a sole source basis with the Family Resource Center, Gorham, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6-18-14, item #150), to continue to offer extended day programming for youth and their families, by increasing the price by $244,500 from $243,000 to $487,500 and by extending the end date from June 20, 2016 to June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
