Authorize the Bureau of Integrated Programs to amend a grant agreement on a sole source basis with the Dover Housing Authority, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-13, item #202), to continue to offer extended day programming for youth and their families, by increasing the price by $95,237.50 from $96,735.15 to $191,972.65, and by extending the end date from June 30, 2016 to June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
