Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with Vital Delivery Solutions, LLC d/b/a Green Mountain Messenger, Inc., Williston, VT (originally approved by G&C on 4/8/20, Item #9), to reduce funding for emergency courier services for the Public Health Laboratory to align with federal funding award reduction by decreasing the price limitation by $106,840.07 from $945,000 to $838,159.93 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2025.
