Description
Authorize the Division of Motor Vehicles, and the Division of Administration to exercise an option to renew a contract with Kodak Alaris Inc., Rochester, NY (originally approved by G&C on 8-5-15, item #86), to provide preventative maintenance, service, and repairs to microfilm equipment located in the Department of Safety, for an amount not to exceed $28,845.80. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 60% Agency Income (cost of collections), 40% Highway Funds.
