Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Careno Construction Co. LLC, Portsmouth, NH, for the Rebid Salt Building, Derry, NH, for a total price not to exceed $709,500. (2)Further authorize the amount of $32,745 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services, bringing the total to $742,245. Effective upon G&C approval through October 31, 2016. 100% Capital – Highway Funds.
