Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 1,813 +/- square foot parcel of State owned land located on the easterly side of Frank Bean Road in the City of Laconia to the City of Laconia for $1,500 which includes a $1,100 Administrative Fee. Effective upon G&C approval. Originally purchased with 100% Highway Funds.
