Authorize to enter into sole source amendments with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated May 15, 2025 (originally approved by G&C on 7/15/20, Item #21), to continue delivery of Comprehensive Family Support Services and add Family Resource Center services and Kinship Navigation services, by increasing the total price limitation by $2,216,384 from $22,104,041 to $24,320,425 with no change to the contract completion dates to June 30, 2026.
