Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source lease amendment to extend the current lease with Hillsborough County, Goffstown, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-5-08, item #97B), for the continued provision of leasing building and grounds to house women inmates of the NH State Prison for Women, Goffstown, NH, by increasing the amount by $493,453.17 from $1,747,223.18 to $2,240,676.35, and by extending the end date from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2017, with the option to renew for one additional period of up to 12 months. 100% General Funds.
