Authorize to revise the price limitation approved in a prior G&C request to allow the Department to conduct additional Medicaid income verifications under the Intergovernmental Agreement with the US Department of Health and Human Services Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Baltimore, MD (originally approved by G&C on 6/26/24, Item #30), due to an increase in the projected number of verifications anticipated, by increasing the price limitation by $3,450,000 from $5,000,000 to $8,450,000, with no change to the agreement completion date of June 30, 2029. Effective upon G&C approval. 75% Federal Funds, 25% General Funds
