Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation to enter into a contract with Granite State Independent Living, Concord, NH, to provide Generalized Pre-Employment Transition Services in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act in six regions (Berlin, Lebanon, Keene/Claremont, Concord, Manchester, Nashua), in the amount of $2,225,162. (2)Further authorize to make advanced quarterly payments for services. Effective July 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
