Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with National Research Corporation, Lincoln, NE (originally approved by G&C on 7/19/23, Item #15) for the continued provision of a Legacy Patient Experience Inpatient Behavioral Health Survey and reporting services, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $40,000 from $40,000 to $80,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 30% General Funds, 70% Other Funds (Intergovernmental Revenues)
