Authorize to amend an existing agreement with The Front Door (originally approved by G&C on 8-26-15, item #12), for the provision of transitional shelter and intervention services through the State Grant-in-Aid program, by amending the scope of services, and increasing the price by $10,000 from $165,000 to $175,000. Effective upon G&C approval through the original end date of June 30, 2017. 100% General Funds.
