Authorize to enter into an agreement with Harbor Homes Inc., Nashua, NH, to facilitate the development and networking of Peer Recovery Support Services available through Recovery Community Organizations in a minimum of five Regional Public Health Regions in order to significantly reduce alcohol and drug misuse and its social, behavioral and health consequences statewide, in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 13% General, 40% Federal, 47% Other Funds.
