Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing agreement with Trustees of Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-6-12, item #72), to operate an incidence-based statewide cancer registry system, by increasing the price by $233,436 from $2,557,572 to $2,791,008. Effective July 1, 2016 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through October 30, 2016. 78.6% Federal, 21.4% General Funds.
