Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with OxBow Data Management Systems LLC, Bellevue, NE, to provide a Medical Information Tracking System, which integrates health screening data management with eligibility computing and billing in an amount not to exceed $176,926. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
