Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with the University of Vermont Technical Services Partnership, Burlington, VT (originally approved by G&C on 6/14/23, Item #19), for continued inspections, testing, maintenance and repair services to clinical equipment, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $39,900 from $38,000 to $77,900 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 70% General Funds, 30% Other Funds (Provider Fees and Intra-Agency Funds) Glencliff Home
