Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a portion of the Interstate 95 Limited Access Right of Way consisting of 2.6+/- acres located between the easterly side of Timber Swamp Road and the westerly side of Interstate 95 in the Town of Hampton directly to the NH Department of Administrative Services for $321,100 which includes a $1,100 administrative fee. (2)Further authorize to adjust the limits of the Interstate 95 Limited Access Right of Way for the disposal of the above-mentioned parcel. Effective upon G&C approval. Originally purchased with 100% Turnpike Funds.
